My visa card is being declined by every online purchase I try and all they do is make up excuses and say "try again in 10 minutes and it'll definitely work" and 10 minutes are now 2 days and 4 call center calls !! Absolute incompetence!

Poor customer service, lack of professionalism and long wait times if there was any competition this business won't exist.
