I saw Dr. Zozan for a small eyelid issue. She’s good at her work, and I appreciated that she told me I didn’t need a procedure. But during my last visit, she said “sit so I can punish you,” and that comment made me uncomfortable. I’m sharing this just so the communication can be better in the future…

The reception is not proper, grumpy and not willing to answer questions. Secretary of doctors are not welcoming and avoiding questions. Every individual’s target is only to get a fat cash nothing else, against all medical principles
