Geli Ali Bag Waterfall
This the most famous waterfall in Iraq as it is printed on money notes since the eightyees. All Iraqi people including me study about it in geography lessons at primary school. It Is only now after all these decades that I had the chance to see it.
Gorgeous waterfall and nature, but sadly the place has been damaged quite a lot a trash is everywhere. There aren't enough security measures taken and the restaurant around there aren't really hygienic
It has been a long time for our return visit to this wonderful waterfall, and they are working hard to make it into a really inviting destination. The fall was very powerful after the heavy rains so really was a tremendous sight to see.
