I visited the bank to cash a check, but I was kept waiting for an unreasonably long time. There was no clear communication or assistance from the staff. This caused frustration and reflects poor customer service. I hope the bank improves its efficiency and respects customers’ time.

Even one star is too generous for this bank. It’s one of the worst in the Kurdistan region. I arrived at 8:22 am, but the security guard wouldn’t let me in until 8:30 am, even though the hours posted on Google Maps show they open at 8:00 am. Inside, there were only two employees working the counters…

The service at this branch is very slow. Every time I visit, I have to wait a long time just to deposit or withdraw money. There are many employees present, but only one is usually serving at the counter. I hope the bank can better organize staff and improve efficiency to respect customers’ time.
