The staff were friendly, and Rehab went out of her way to accommodate our request. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We will book this hotel again on our next trip to Baghdad.
This hotel is subpar; it needs more effective management, enhanced service quality, and significant staff changes to create a more positive experience for guests.
