TBI Bank is the third government bank in Iraq! The system needs some enhancements, staff development, and being more flexible with the customers, The bank is safe and reliable, but it requires further development and removing the paper-based system.
Old fashioned, most of the staff are very rude and unprofessional, most of them don't even speak Kurdish, the cashiers were the worst and their behaviour were not nice. Even their policy is horrendous.
I read many negative reviews about this bank branch and heard bad things about the employees' attitude toward customers, but it seems things have changed. When I visited, I met two employees who were Kurds, and both were very polite and helpful.
